OriginRealm unifies anime, manga, manhwa, and web novel metadata from multiple independent community databases. We are grateful to every contributor who makes these resources possible.

How We Use This Data

Our internal system cross-references structural identifiers including MAL ID, AniList ID, Bangumi ID, Kitsu ID, MangaDex ID, and Shikimori ID to build a unified catalog. Series details, chapter metrics, status information, and regional publication data are sourced from the community databases listed below. We do not claim ownership of any metadata provided by these services.

AniList

Anime and manga metadata, status, chapter counts, and staff credits.

MyAnimeList

Anime and manga metadata, publication status, and episode counts via the Jikan API.

MangaDex

Manga chapter tracking, publication status, and community scanlation data.

Kitsu

Anime and manga metadata including ratings and episode counts.

Bangumi

Chinese and Japanese anime, manga, and novel metadata with community ratings.

Shikimori

Russian-language community database for anime and manga metadata.

Qidian

Official Chinese web novel platform. Source for novel metadata and chapter counts.

Zongheng

Official Chinese web novel platform. Source for novel metadata and chapter counts.

Jinjiang

Official Chinese web novel and comics platform primarily focused on romance and drama genres.

MangaUpdates

Community database for manga, manhwa, and manhua series with detailed publication and release group information.
