1. 100% Free Platform & Voluntary Contributions
OriginRealm offers completely free access to its online tracking directory, reader interface, and Creator Studio. There are no paid membership tiers, mandatory fees, or paywalled catalog entries. Financial contributions made through authorized payment processors or community supporter platforms are purely voluntary donations given to assist in maintaining high-performance servers, database hosting, domain fees, and continuous development.
2. Non-Refundable Policy
Because contributions are processed immediately and allocated toward active server overhead and operational expenses:
- All voluntary one-time donations are final and non-refundable once processed.
- Donations do not represent a commercial transaction for physical goods, software licenses, or guaranteed future digital services.
- Community supporter perks (such as Discord roles or profile badges) are granted as complimentary tokens of appreciation and hold no monetary cash-back value.
3. Unauthorized Charges & Fraud
If you suspect an unauthorized or fraudulent charge made on your payment card without your consent, please contact your financial institution or notify our support team immediately at [email protected] so we can assist in investigating the transaction.
4. Contacting Support
If you have any questions regarding our Refund Policy or payment billing processing, please reach out via our Contact Support Page or email [email protected].
