Warhammer: Starting with Industrial Reform

In the 41st Millennium of the Imperium, an industrial hive world situated on the Imperial frontier teeters on the brink of collapse, ravaged by chaotic governance, frequent wars, and widespread famine. Having defaulted on its Imperial Tithe for two consecutive cycles, the world now faces the imminent wrath of the Imperium. Fortunately, salvation arrives in the form of Ronin. Armed with prior knowledge of the Warhammer universe, he is transmigrated into this grim reality and ignites a grand revolution. Overhauling the world's quasi-medieval industrial practices, he rapidly transitions production to modern assembly lines. Ronin abolishes slavery, cultivates the collective spirit of the populace, and establishes systems to incentivize hard work and reward heroism. Leveraging modern knowledge, he leads the people in steadily and discreetly building their strength within this grim, diseased future—and it all begins with a single dilapidated territory.
