Douluo Continent: What should I do if I don't have a cheat system?

Jerry, a recent college graduate, finds himself unable to sleep one night. While lying in bed reading, he drifts off—only to wake up in the world of Douluo Continent. As a transmigrator, he naturally assumed he’d have a cheat system. With foreknowledge of the plot, he imagined himself toppling the two great empires, crushing Spirit Hall, the Clear Sky Sect, the Seven Treasure Glazed Tile School, and the Blue Lightning Tyrant Dragon Clan... snatching the immortal herbs, double-crossing Tang San, and living a life of utter freedom. Reality, however, had other plans. His martial soul awakened as the ancestral carrot, his innate soul power sat at a measly half level, and there was no cheat system in sight. But so what? He’s a modern man—he refuses to be defeated. His modern knowledge and perspective become his true edge. If he can’t shake the world openly, he’ll build his strength in the shadows, biding his time until he stands at the very peak.
