Hong Kong Underworld: Money Talks

Reborn into a sprawling Hong Kong cinematic underworld, Lin Xiaoru makes his opening move by swearing allegiance to the enigmatic Moon Spokesman, Chuan Bao. He awakens an encyclopedia-like system capable of uncovering any secret—but its power runs on a simple currency: points earned every time he pays his own men. With this leverage, his money buys more than loyalty; it buys the truth beneath every lie, and soon, no secret in the city remains beyond his reach. As he rises through the ranks, Lin Xiaoru transforms into the beloved godfather of the Wo Shing society's tens of thousands of members—a figure they revere as a benevolent father. But when titans Big D and Ah Lok ignite a bloody war for supremacy, the fractured organization teeters on the brink of collapse. Desperate to avert destruction, the elder Fat Deng turns to Lin Xiaoru, pleading with him to claim the Dragon Head throne. With his system humming and his coffers full, the choice is his—but in a game where money buys all answers, the real question is whether it can buy peace.
