Tenko

In the war-torn countryside of feudal Japan, a young orphan known only as Tenko carries the weight of a past soaked in blood and betrayal. Raised in the shadow of conflict, he witnessed his family and village fall to the ruthless edge of the samurai’s blade—a trauma that forged within him a singular, consuming vendetta. While others see the katana as a symbol of honor and lineage, Tenko perceives only a cursed instrument of needless death. Rejecting the cycle of vengeance that claims most survivors, he dedicates his life to a radical and perilous mission: the complete eradication of every sword in the land. Driven by a haunting vision of a peaceful world, Tenko roams the battlefields and strongholds of a nation tearing itself apart. He is no warrior in the traditional sense; he is a scavenger and a saboteur, striking under the cover of chaos to dismantle the very tools of war. To the warlords and their armies, he is a phantom menace, a thief who targets the lifeblood of their power. Yet, his crusade is a lonely one, fraught with impossible odds. As he slips through the carnage, collecting and destroying the weapons that fuel the endless bloodshed, Tenko must confront the brutal reality that his quest for peace may be as destructive as the war he seeks to end. In a land where the sword is god, he is the heretic who dares to kill the divine.
