Long ago, legend holds, a dragon descended from the heavens to serve as the guardian of the nation's king, and the tale has been passed down through the realm ever since. For Princess Hihana, that legend is more than an old story—it is a call she cannot ignore. Venturing beyond the safety of her home, she embarks on a determined journey across the land in search of the mythical beast. Her travels take a decisive turn when she rescues a boy in peril. In that moment, an extraordinary secret comes to light: the child bears a dragon's scale, a sight so rare that few would believe it—yet his is undeniably real. Could he hold some connection to the creature she pursues? Does he know something about the dragon and the truth of its long-ago descent? Strange Dragon weaves an atmospheric tale of fantasy and adventure, following a young princess whose quest for a legendary guardian becomes intertwined with the fate of a mysterious boy—one whose single scale may be the first clue to the truth behind a legend told since ancient times.
