Gaia Kitan

Gaia Kitan unfolds in seventeenth-century Japan, a land still bearing the scars of the Battle of Sekigahara a full decade after the swords fell silent. Beneath the uneasy peace enforced by the Tokugawa clan, the embers of a lost war continue to smolder, and few figures embody that lingering defiance like Sanada Yukimura. Determined to rise against those who now rule, Yukimura begins bringing together an elite company of shinobi bound to his banner—the fabled Sanada Ten Braves. At the center of this gathering storm stands Kirigakure, a ninja whose origins are as enigmatic as the exceptional skill is undeniable. Though a talent that any cause would covet, Kirigakure harbors no appetite for war, and it is against all personal inclination that this lone shinobi is pulled into Yukimura's fold and the perilous struggle that comes with it. As the rebellion against the Tokugawa builds toward open conflict, Kirigakure must navigate a shadowed world of covert warfare, divided loyalties, and a destiny chosen by others rather than by the heart. This sweeping period drama follows one reluctant blade as it becomes an indispensable piece in a legendary leader's high-stakes gambit to challenge the most powerful clan in Japan.
