Angel Hunter

God created the world in seven days, and angels carried out His divine will. But since that fateful day, Heaven's gates closed, and the angels fell to Earth—and humanity bowed in submission. Michael sits enthroned in godlike authority, decreeing death to all heretics under his iron law. Lucifer, cast into the abyss, bides his time in shadow, crowning himself king of Hell. All of this seems to have little to do with Count Eugène de Latour, a nobleman kept under house arrest since childhood. The world expects him to live quietly and die in silence—until he awakens the primordial demon that slumbers within, and the hunt begins. "Can angels truly be eternal?" he asks. And from that moment on, upon the divine throne, the angels begin to fall.
