Yuri no Hajimari wa Dorei Kara

Chiyoko Hanamura had pinned her hopes on a dazzling high school debut, but her attempt to reinvent herself as a stylish "gal" ended in failure. Now she whiles away her days skipping class and retreating to the school rooftop, her usual refuge. One afternoon, however, that quiet routine is broken by an unexpected visitor: Sakine, a younger underclassman who seeks her out with a curious favor in mind. In her hands, Sakine holds an anonymous love letter, and with it comes a request Chiyoko never anticipated—"Could you go turn down this confession for me?" Caught between her soft spot for her adorable junior and her dignity as a self-proclaimed gal, Chiyoko finds herself unable to refuse. She agrees to reject the mystery suitor on Sakine's behalf and sets out to deliver the bad news in person. Yet as she makes her way there, Chiyoko has no idea who might be waiting at the other end of that confession—and nothing could prepare her for the encounter that awaits.
