In the forest village of Adat, a chance encounter between tomboy Iremi and the enigmatic mage Edermask sets off a chain of events that draws them into a life-altering journey. Iremi, accompanied by her childhood friend Enzu, a novice swordsman seeking revenge for his father's murder, joins Edermask as they navigate treacherous landscapes in search of their individual goals.
