Tears on a Withered Flower

Once upon a time, Hae-Su and Min-Cheol's romance seemed like something out of a fairy tale—sweeping gestures, blooming flowers, and the promise of forever. But fairy tales end, and theirs did so in the cruelest way. Now their marriage has crumbled to ash, and Hae-Su is left carrying not only the wreckage of her heart but also a crushing mountain of debt. The final blow arrives when she discovers Min-Cheol's affair with a young coworker—a betrayal that destroys whatever hope she still held of salvaging the life they built together. Wounded and disillusioned, Hae-Su struggles to piece herself back together amid the ruins of everything she once believed in. Then Tae-Ha enters her world. Young and ardent, he seems desperate for her affection, pursuing her with an intensity that both warms and unsettles her—and against her better judgment, Hae-Su begins to lean into the comfort he offers. Yet something about him lingers uneasily in her mind: an unreadable depth beneath his tender gaze that suggests he is hiding far more than he reveals. As old wounds refuse to close and new feelings quietly take root, Hae-Su must decide whether to open her heart again—and whether the man offering her solace is truly her salvation, or another storm in disguise.
