Yuusha-goroshi no Moto Ansatsu-sha.: Mushoku no Ossan kara Hajimaru Second Life

Juu has never known a life outside of killing. Abandoned by his parents when he was still a child, he spent more than thirty years carrying out contracts for an assassin organization, sharpening himself into nothing more than an instrument of death. Now a worn-out middle-aged man, he has nothing to show for those decades—no family, no name, no future—beyond the single, bloodstained skill he was made to master. When Juu asks to step away from the business at last, the organization grants his request on one condition: before he can walk away, he must complete one final mission, the assassination of a hero. Everything he has ever hoped for now hangs on this last job. Thus begins the second life of a man who has spent his entire existence as a tool for murder. With nothing to his name but the art of assassination, Juu reaches for the one thing that has always eluded him: freedom.
