Shadows House (Official Colored)

Within the sprawling halls of a secluded, labyrinthine mansion dwell the Shadow nobles—aristocratic, faceless beings whose very existence is shrouded in enigma. Their bodies perpetually exude a fine, volatile soot, a substance that clings to every surface and must be tirelessly cleansed to prevent catastrophe. Serving them are the Living Dolls, human-like attendants whose sole purpose is to maintain the pristine order of their masters' eerie domain, all while navigating the unspoken rules that govern this inverted hierarchy. At the heart of this tale is Emilyko, a spirited and earnest Living Doll newly assigned to the young Shadow mistress, Kate. As Emilyko dedicates herself to mastering the intricate duties of attendance—from meticulous cleaning to navigating the complex social rituals of the manor—she begins to realize that her cheerful disposition alone will not suffice. The mansion holds secrets far deeper than its dusty corridors, and the soot that defines the Shadows' existence is merely a symptom of a far more insidious power. Bound together by duty and an emerging bond of trust, Emilyko and Kate must tread carefully through the machinations of Shadow society. With each step deeper into their world of masks, whispers, and shifting loyalties, they uncover dangers that threaten not only their partnership but the very fabric of their existence. As the line between master and servant blurs, they are forced to confront a chilling question: in a realm built on silence and shadows, who can truly be trusted?
