Princess Ai

As the sole heir to the throne of Ai-Land, Princess Ai once reigned over a realm woven from pure magic and ancient tradition. But that idyllic existence shatters when a brutal revolution ignites across her kingdom, reducing its enchanted landscapes to smoldering battlefields. With the very fabric of her world collapsing around her, Ai is left with no choice but to make a desperate, hurried escape—a flight that rips her from everything she knows and deposits her, battered and breathless, into the glaring neon chaos of modern-day Tokyo. Stripped of her crown and cast adrift in a metropolis that operates on logic and technology rather than spells and prophecies, Ai is overwhelmed by confusion and profound shock. Every crowded intersection and towering skyscraper deepens her alienation, yet it is within this unfamiliar urban labyrinth that she must begin her true quest. Wandering the streets as a displaced refugee in her own life, Ai sets out to piece together the cryptic fragments of her past and the hidden truths that sparked the downfall of her homeland. As she digs beneath the surface of her new reality, she discovers that the secrets she unearths are far more dangerous than she ever imagined—secrets that not only threaten to consume her fragile new existence but also hold the power to completely annihilate whatever remains of the kingdom she was born to protect.
