Marvel: Umbrella Corporation Has Always Benefited the People

Matthew is an ordinary transmigrator who finds himself as a shareholder of the Umbrella Corporation within the Marvel Universe. He remains baffled by how this infamous entity came to exist in such a strange reality, especially with the looming threat of Thanos, the crime-fighting Avengers and S.H.I.E.L.D., and rival shareholders actively plotting his demise. The company’s future appears bleak until Matthew awakens a "Public Welfare System." This interface rewards him for increasing the happiness index of his employees and the general populace. However, the system’s rewards seem contradictory to its benevolent purpose, granting access to dangerous pathogens such as the T-Virus, G-Virus, Extremis, Blacklight Virus, Jade Agent Virus, Biochemical Ghost Virus, and Doomsday Virus. Questioning whether these biological horrors can truly benefit society, Matthew discovers that the system includes a workstation capable of optimizing and refining these volatile substances. Years later, when the Avengers and S.H.I.E.L.D. unite to investigate Umbrella’s alleged atrocities, they discover that Matthew’s influence has already permeated the globe and extended across the cosmos, wielding authority that surpasses even the Living Tribunal. As he lights a cigarette, Matthew maintains his stance: far from being heartless, the Umbrella Corporation has always been dedicated to the welfare of the people.
