Keita Amano is a fairly ordinary high school boy whose sole hobby is video games. Apart from that, he possesses no striking traits and has never been in love. His usual gaming-centered life takes a sudden turn when Tendou Karen, the most beautiful girl in school and president of the video game club, becomes involved with him. She shocks Keita by asking him to join the club. As Keita becomes entangled with Karen, their relationship begins to evolve and grow more complicated. The arrival of other gamers into their circle introduces further misunderstandings and drama, disrupting the simple gaming life he once knew.
