For the Martial Madman, Fist Crushes All Heavens

The primordial vital energy is the pivot of the Dao, the root of life itself—inherited from one's parents to form the fetal essence, stored in the kidneys to strengthen the hundred meridians. It is the foundation of longevity and the source of martial spirit. Yet the gate of heaven is difficult to breach, and that primal breath remains elusive. For those with unyielding will, however, the way is clear: circulate acquired qi through the microcosmic orbit, temper the body with martial practice, and guide the spirit with intent. When the body moves, qi gathers; when qi gathers, essence is born; when essence is born, spirit becomes complete. In the end, flesh and blood forge a bridge to the heavens. When the Boundary Sea descends, Li Quan wanders through different worlds, obsessed with martial arts, using combat as his path to the Dao. In decadent Tokyo, he fights to the death in cage matches, devouring and refining life essence to nurture the tiger in his dantian. In Republican-era China, amid mountain banditry and chaos, he slays tigers and takes their bones to cultivate the righteous aura of the Mysterious Altar. In a cyberpunk Ming Dynasty, colossal mechanical gates loom, blood and qi thin as silk, where technology and martial arts collide. In a mutated Jin Dynasty, the underworld collapses, demons and ghosts flood the sky, and the Mountain Lord descends to vanquish evil. In a Neo-Confucian Song Dynasty, the imperial examinations devour men, literary paths turn demonic, and the tiger tears apart the three bonds and five constants. In a divine Tang Dynasty, false gods run rampant, Empress Wu cultivates demonic arts, and the cosmic order is overthrown. Three thousand universes, three thousand wonders—whether strange powers, immortals and sorcerers, spaceships and cannons, or every manner of fiend and phantom. My name is Li Quan—the "fist" that crushes the world. Who in this mortal realm can stand against me? One fist holds back the trembling of ten thousand realms. "I, Li Quan, walk this path relying on only four things: extraordinary talent, unyielding loyalty, never striking women, and being utterly indifferent to gender."
