Hitoner

On a remote planet far removed from Earth, a civilization of beastkin known as the Kemo has thrived in complete isolation, its people living out their lives in a world that has never once known humanity. That enduring solitude is shattered with the arrival of a single human Earthling—a being who becomes the first "Hito" the Kemo have ever laid eyes on. The sight of this lone stranger shakes the Kemo to their very core. Everything they understood about their world and the life that exists beyond it is suddenly cast into doubt, as wonder, confusion, and disbelief ripple through their community in the wake of an encounter unlike any before it. From that first meeting, the seeds of profound change take root. As human and Kemo reach across the divide between their species, an unprecedented exchange begins—one that sets their society on an irreversible course of transformation and promises to reshape their world in ways no one can yet foresee.
