Anyone who makes contact with these cells is grotesquely transformed into dripping, hideous creatures capable of infecting others in an instant. Yeon-U, visiting the capital on a school field trip, is thrilled at the chance to grow closer to his classmate and longtime crush, So-Yeon. But the excursion quickly descends into a waking nightmare for Yeon-U and his fellow students.
