Super Triage

In a future where humanity teeters on the edge of extinction, ace pilot Azuma Inamori stands as one of the few remaining bulwarks against total collapse. Each sortie throws him into ferocious, high-stakes dogfights that push his skills and luck to their absolute limits. Yet no matter how dire the odds or how severe the damage, Azuma always finds himself pulled back from the brink—not by advanced technology alone, but by the steady hands of the brilliant Dr. Hiyo Saihara. A prodigy in the field of futuristic medicine, Hiyo possesses an uncanny ability to mend wounds that should be fatal, and her operating room has become an unlikely sanctuary for the battered pilot. Their relationship, however, extends far beyond the clinical exchange of patient and healer. Amidst the chaos of interstellar war and the sterile glow of cutting-edge surgical bays, Azuma nurses a hopeless, one-sided crush on the woman who keeps reassembling him piece by piece. His quiet pining clashes spectacularly with the relentless pressure of his missions and Hiyo's own enigmatic demeanor, creating a volatile cocktail of tension, laughter, and genuine human connection. Super Triage weaves this unlikely dynamic into a narrative that deftly balances nail-biting suspense, imaginative sci-fi worldbuilding, and bursts of offbeat comedy—proving that even at the end of the world, the heart finds its own absurd, unpredictable ways to keep beating.
