Two women from opposite ends of the law, each cast out by the only world she has ever known, are about to discover how dangerously alike they truly are. One is a hot-headed rookie officer whose impulsive streak has made her a pariah within her own precinct, distrusted by the very colleagues she risks her life beside. The other is a brilliant thief whose extraordinary talent has earned her nothing but exile, shunned by the fellow criminals who once ran beside her. Thrown together against their will, this unlikely duo is forced to set aside their mutual wariness and pursue a criminal mastermind who always seems to be one step ahead. Yet as the chase deepens, an unsettling truth begins to take shape: the person they are hunting may not be nearly as dangerous as the reflections staring back at them in the mirror. When the long arm of justice crosses paths with a shapeshifting trickster, the boundaries between cop and criminal, hunter and hunted, start to blur—and what began as a straightforward mission spirals into something neither woman ever saw coming.
