Method Romance

Park Se-Ha, a dedicated method actor, and Sohn Ji-Eon, a washed-up idol, are cast as lovers in a queer crime thriller. What starts as outright contempt, fueled by their drastically different worlds, slowly softens under the weight of compulsory rehearsals and the raw vulnerability of method acting. Ji-Eon’s unfeigned earnestness and unyielding persistence gradually erode Se-Ha’s protective shell, pushing their working relationship into perilous territory as professional distance gives way to dangerous desire. Both men are quick to dismiss their growing bond as an error, yet they increasingly struggle to tell where the performance ends and their true selves begin. Caught between fixation and genuine caring, they are left with a single, unavoidable question: does their connection exist only within the confines of the script, or has it become undeniably real?
