Abyss Speedrun Guide

Years later, Zhou Qiming, now a top-tier sales representative for the Abyss game, faces a swarm of reporters. As cameras flash, his mind drifts back to the blood-red sunset of the evening his sister bid him farewell. A journalist asks how he transferred his single-player speedrunning talents to the MMO genre, noting his legendary feat of completing fifty years’ worth of progression in just ten days. Zhou Qiming dismisses the achievement with casual humility, attributing the slow pace to his initial unfamiliarity with the game’s bugs and unforgiving system. When pressed on rumors that the game’s developers turned a blind eye to his exploits, he cryptically replies that “He” was merely sniping at him from the shadows. The interview takes a chaotic turn when questioned about his alleged romantic involvement with Jane White, the immensely popular in-game character known as “Angel.” Zhou Qiming strictly maintains that their relationship is purely professional, praising her virtuous and compassionate nature. However, the scene descends into disorder when he checks his phone and mutters that Jane White has just sent him another provocative dance video. Amidst the confusion, a final question is posed regarding his future plans. Zhou Qiming announces his intention to complete thirty-six Abyss speedruns in the coming year. When asked if this is to break his own records, he reveals his true motivation: he simply wishes to catch up to his sister’s progress in the game.
