Heion Sedai no Idaten-tachi

Eight hundred years have passed since the mighty Idaten deities sealed away the demons that once terrorized humanity. To Hayato, a sharp-tongued young god, that ancient conflict feels like little more than folklore. For this current generation of idle divine beings, peace has made their existence uneventful, leaving them with little to do but passively observe the human world. But when the ancient seal finally shatters, Hayato and his eccentric band of fellow deities are thrust into the role of humanity's last defenders. The question remains: can these inexperienced gods, who have never known the brutality of war, rise to the occasion, or will the chaos of the mortal realm prove too overwhelming for them to handle?
