Queen's Quality

Fumi Nishioka’s life takes an extraordinary turn when she finds herself living under the roof of Kyutaro Horikita and his unusual family, a clan known as the “Sweepers.” This is no ordinary household; its members are trained practitioners who venture into the psychic battlefield of the human mind, cleansing the inner darkness left behind by corrosive negative energy and malevolent spirits. For Fumi, this strange new world feels both alien and strangely familiar, as she has long harbored inexplicable abilities that set her apart—powers whose origin and purpose remain a mystery even to herself. Yet her greatest trial is only just beginning. As the dormant force within her stirs and she edges closer to her true awakening as a Queen, the very nature of her power hangs in terrifying balance. In this shadowy realm where thoughts manifest as tangible threats, supreme authority can either become a beacon of salvation or a wellspring of destruction. Fumi must confront the harrowing question that defines her future: will she master her burgeoning gifts to protect the fragile minds around her, or will her ascension to royalty corrupt her into exactly the kind of nightmare the Sweepers have sworn to eliminate? Her path forward is shrouded in doubt, and the choice she makes will irrevocably shape the delicate equilibrium between purity and ruin.
