Berserk: The Golden Age Arc II - The Battle for Doldrey

The Band of the Hawk, led by the enigmatic Griffith, continue their unbroken string of victories, steadily elevating their renown throughout the kingdom of Midland. Yet their newest assignment is one that has defeated every force previously sent against it: the capture of the seemingly invincible fortress of Doldrey. For the Hawks, however—bolstered by warriors like Guts, the raiders' captain whose colossal sword can cut down a hundred men single-handedly—even such a daunting challenge proves surmountable. But in the wake of the triumph, Guts resolves to leave the band and pursue a dream of his own, bidding farewell to his comrades despite Griffith's pleas for him to remain. This single departure shatters Griffith's composure, driving him to a fateful choice that will forever reshape both his own destiny and that of the entire Band of the Hawk.
