Even Without Your Love

In a realm where political unions are the standard, Daphne achieves the rare feat of marrying her first love and ascending to the throne as Empress. However, her seemingly perfect life begins to crumble with the sudden appearance of Rosetta, a blind woman who claims to be carrying the Emperor’s child. Instead of denying the allegation, the Emperor acknowledges Rosetta and grows increasingly distant from Daphne. Amidst this turmoil, Mephis, a strikingly handsome court painter, enters her life with a bold proposition: he asks her to become his patron. As these two unexpected figures disrupt Daphne’s world, their arrival hints at forces at play that extend far beyond mere coincidence.
