Kanojo wo Ubatta Ikemen Bishoujo ga Naze ka Ore made Neratekuru

On the first day of spring in his freshman year of high school, Sota Sakuhara experiences his very first breakup when his girlfriend leaves him for someone else. That someone is Shizuno Mizushima—a strikingly handsome and beautiful girl whose tomboyish charm captivates both boys and girls alike, setting her far apart from any ordinary student. Yet Shizuno isn't content with merely stealing Sota's girlfriend. She approaches him directly, confessing that he is the one she truly loves, and asks him to date her as well. This is a one-sided romantic comedy, where a gorgeous tomboy girl relentlessly sets her sights on winning him over, day after day.
