Red Mansion: Ode to Dongping

A wrongful conviction once brought the Dongping Marquisate to utter ruin, its scarlet mansions reduced to ashes. The legitimate firstborn son, Zhao Jiuge, narrowly escaped death and was taken in by the Prince of Ning'an as his adopted son. He was then sent to the distant frontier, where for a decade he wore iron armor, braved the bitter cold, and carved his name into legend through countless bloody battles against the northern tribes. Now the frontier flames have died down, and the great army marches back to the capital. Reining his steed at the gates of the capital, the young general harbors but a single purpose: to restore the Dongping name and cleanse, stroke by stroke, every humiliation of that bygone injustice.
