Tales of Xillia 2: Soukyoku no Crossroad

Bridging the narrative gap between the acclaimed JRPGs *Tales of Xillia* and *Tales of Xillia 2*, this manga explores the aftermath of the Shell’s destruction, which united the worlds of Rieze Maxia and Elenpios. Despite their physical merger, cultural and ideological differences create significant friction as the inhabitants struggle to coexist in this new, combined reality. The story centers on two key figures during the one-year interim between the two games: Jude Mathis, a Rieze Maxian medical graduate who travels to Elenpios to conduct research aimed at solving the machine world’s environmental crises, and Alvin, a former Elenpian mercenary attempting to forge a new path as a trader. Their journeys highlight the complex challenges of integration and personal growth in a changing world.
