Claymore

In a medieval world plagued by paranoia and death, humanity is beset by the monstrous Yoma, beings with an insatiable hunger for human flesh and the ability to shapeshift and steal the memories of their last meal. The Organization, known as "Claymore," is the only line of defense against these creatures, dispatching half-human, half-Yoma female warriors to purify villages of Yoma. These warriors, including the stoic and low-ranking Clare, lead a lonely and perilous existence, with death lurking around every corner. As they struggle to maintain their humanity and resist their Yoma blood, they are met with reluctance and disdain by the villagers they protect. Clare's journey is driven by a personal quest for vengeance, but along the way, she discovers the bonds of camaraderie and hope that unite her sisters-in-arms, as well as the sinister truth behind the Claymore Organization.
