Tokyo Love Story

“In Tokyo, anyone can become the protagonist of a love story.” Nagao Kanji has recently relocated to the capital, where he works reluctantly at a small advertising agency. He soon reconnects with his old friend from home, Mikami Kenichi, a medical student from an affluent background who is never short of female companionship. For years, both men have harbored feelings for their childhood classmate, the gentle and innocent Sekiguchi Satomi, who now resides in Tokyo as well. Their dynamic is further complicated by Akana Rika, an effervescent colleague at Kanji’s firm who takes it upon herself to nickname him “Kanchi.”
