Mikogami Karen no Kakushigoto

Karen Mikogami is the eldest son of the president of the Mikogami Group, a massive corporation. Despite his privileged position, Karen drifts through life in idle luxury, spending his days lazing about while ordering around his servant, Nanami Miyamori. Complicating matters further is his eccentric father, an avid enthusiast of cross-dressing who insists that Karen "dress up" nearly every single day—a peculiar demand the young man can do little to escape. But Karen's carefree existence is about to be upended. One day, he is entrusted with a major secret that has been closely guarded and passed down through the Mikogami family for generations—a revelation that turns his comfortable world upside down. To his utter disbelief, the very fate of the Mikogami Group now rests upon his "cross-dressing." With the company's future hanging in the balance, Karen must cast aside his lazy habits and throw himself into a frantic regimen of training, striving to grow into a great president unlike anything he ever imagined. The hectic journey of a cross-dressing man on the road to becoming a remarkable leader begins!
