Amayo no Tsuki

On a rainy night, Saki rushes to a piano lesson and collides with a striking, long-haired girl, scattering her sheet music across the pavement. Though Saki stammers an apology, the stranger silently returns the pages and vanishes without a word. The next morning, as Saki begins her first day of high school, she is shocked to discover that the mysterious girl from the previous night is sitting at the desk beside her. She learns that the girl’s name is Kanon and that while not completely deaf, she suffers from severe hearing loss. Kanon relies on lip-reading, which requires close proximity, yet her cold demeanor often keeps others at a distance. Through a single act of kindness, Saki begins to chip away at Kanon’s emotional barriers, all while navigating the new feelings blossoming within her own heart.
