Lady & Oldman

The year is 1963, and the sun-scorched suburbs of Los Angeles hum with the quiet routines of post-war American life. It is here that Shelly, the inquisitive daughter of a local diner owner, finds her world turned upside down. While going about her daily life, she encounters a mysterious man who makes an outlandish claim: he has just been released from prison after serving a staggering one-hundred-year sentence. Whispered to be the "last resident" of a long-shuttered detention block, this enigmatic figure is a ghost story made flesh, sparking more questions than answers about his past and his true nature. Despite the shadows that cling to him, a partnership is forged between this peculiar stranger and the spirited young woman. Passing through towns under the assumed names "Lady" and "Oldman," their journey is an unpredictable one. Sometimes their presence ignites local trouble, and other times they are the only ones capable of resolving it. As they drift from town to town, Shelly remains haunted by a single, burning question: who is this man she has chosen to trust, and at what cost does his freedom truly come?
