Sacrificed to the Shark Clan

In a fateful encounter, Avel, the son of the Tangata Clan’s patriarch, crosses paths with Tukiri of the rival Miyaru Clan. The Tangata people possess shark-like bloodlines and unique physiques, while the Miyaru reside on the opposite side of the island. Avel has long harbored resentment toward the Miyaru, particularly due to an archaic and reviled law that forces the Tangata to sacrifice one young adult to them every year. When Avel is attacked by a beast, Tukiri comes to his rescue. Initially disarmed by Tukiri’s gentle and kind demeanor, Avel lets his guard down. However, the moment Tukiri notices Avel is bleeding, his demeanor shifts drastically. He sheds his humanity, revealing a primal, beastly nature that sends Avel into a panic. For members of the Tangata Clan, their first intimate experience biologically determines their gender. If taken as a woman, Avel will permanently become one. As the heir apparent to the patriarchate, he fears the profound consequences of this transformation, yet he finds himself overwhelmed by waves of pleasure he cannot resist.
