Summary
Official Details
Long ago, in an era when humans and demons lived side by side in anything but harmony, the Demon King abducted a human princess—Princess Syalis—and imprisoned her within his castle. Back home, her grieving subjects beat their chests in anguish, until at last a valiant hero rose to spearhead Project Rescue Our Princess. Meanwhile, deep within the Demon Castle, the captive princess faces a predicament all her own. Her dungeon cell, complete with teddy-bear guards sporting bat wings, is secure enough—but utterly, mind-numbingly boring. With endless hours to fill while she waits for her knight in shining armor, she settles on the perfect pastime: sleep. There is just one problem. Between her less-than-cozy quarters and a stubborn case of insomnia, a decent night's rest proves maddeningly elusive. And so begins Princess Syalis's tireless, single-minded campaign for quality shut-eye. Will she ever claim the peaceful slumber she so richly deserves—or will the Demon King's castle prove the greatest enemy of a good night's sleep?
