Qualia the Purple

To Yukari’s distinctive purple eyes, every human being resembles a robot—a perception that proves both a gift and a burden. Her unusual ability allows her to assist law enforcement by assessing potential threats, as she can evaluate individual quirks and physical prowess with the same precision one might use to inventory a machine’s components. Yet this same sight has alienated her from most of her classmates, costing her their friendship. The sole exception is Hatou "Gaku" Manabu, a schoolmate who remains steadfastly devoted to Yukari. However, when Yukari is drawn into a clandestine organization, their lives take a drastic turn. Gaku finds herself plunged into a labyrinth of enigmas, quantum experiments, and parallel worlds, with nothing but her own resourcefulness—and her unwavering affection for Yukari—to light the way.
