Ao-chan Can't Study!

For Ao, the memory of a single childhood declaration has lingered like an unshakable curse. At age five, she beamed at her kindergarten classmates and explained that her father—a bestselling erotic novelist—had named her with a cheerful mnemonic: "A as in apple, and O as in orgy." A decade later, that mortifying moment still haunts her, fueling a fierce determination to carve out a future free from her father's embarrassing shadow. With her eyes locked on admission to an elite university, Ao has sworn off distractions, dismissing romance and teenage frivolity as luxuries she cannot afford. Her carefully guarded resolve is put to the test when Kijima—the effortlessly popular classmate known as "King Normie"—confronts her with an unexpected and earnest confession of love. Panicked, Ao attempts to shake him off with every cold shoulder and evasive maneuver she can muster, but Kijima proves stubbornly oblivious to her hints. To make matters worse, his persistent attention ignites a torrent of scandalous fantasies in her mind, forcing Ao to confront an unsettling realization: despite her desperate quest for independence, her father's influence has warped her thoughts far more than she ever wanted to admit.
