Amber Alert

Tennessee has built his life around the barrel of a gun. A hitman for hire, he stays unwaveringly loyal to who he is and to the past that made him—even though that very loyalty has cemented his place at the bottom of the ethical ladder. His days pass in a dull, unchanging rhythm, yet for a man in his line of work, monotony is no burden; it is a quiet he made peace with long ago. That fragile routine collapses the day Tennessee pulls away in a stolen car and discovers an unexpected passenger inside: a young child with a wild mane of black hair, taken entirely by accident. One unintentional mistake drags him into a situation he never asked for—and cannot simply undo. From that moment grows a fierce, unrelenting rivalry. Amber refuses to bow, holding fast to the conviction that he has never lost a single battle against the cold-hearted hitman—even when victories come by no fair means, and even when submission would be the easier road. A win taken unfairly is still a win; a loss conceded is still a loss. As pride, obsession, and desire intertwine, two lives bound together by one reckless mistake become a contest neither man can afford to lose.
