Tonnura-san

The three Ichinose sisters share a home with their mother—a frightening, listless, and abusive woman. Hinano, the eldest, is pretty, warm, and easygoing, though her carefree nature shows in a rather untidy and lazy approach to everyday life. Ichino, the middle sister, is strict and quick to anger, yet remarkably diligent, taking on a large share of the household chores and cooking. Satsukino, the youngest, is a charming little girl who adores animals and dreams of one day becoming a veterinarian. One day, Satsukino takes in an enormous, plump cat that can speak. After the sisters persuade their mother to let it stay, they name it Tonnura-san. But just what is this mysterious cat, and where did it come from? And how will the lives of the Ichinose sisters change now that Tonnura-san has become part of their family?
