One Outs

Kojima Hiromichi, the ace batter of the struggling Lycaons baseball team, seeks to lead his team to victory before his retirement. In pursuit of improvement, he attends a training camp in Okinawa, where he discovers a high-stakes game called "One Outs," a unique variation of baseball. There, he meets Tokuchi Toua, a talented blond pitcher with an unprecedented 499-game winning streak, who has never allowed a hit. After being soundly defeated by Tokuchi, Kojima recognizes the potential to turn his team's fortunes around and proposes a wager. Unbeknownst to all, the outcome of this gamble will have far-reaching consequences, determining the fate of the Lycaons and everyone connected to the team.
