Suicide Notes Laid on the Table

At the start of the school year, every student in Class 2-D at Kairei Private Middle School receives an email outlining a rigid "class hierarchy." The unrest this causes is quickly smoothed over by the cheerful and radiant Tsubaki Himeyama, who holds the top rank, and the class soon returns to a state of calm. That peace shatters, however, when Himeyama is discovered to have taken her own life on school grounds. Upon returning from her funeral, her classmates find suicide notes left on their desks—each one bearing their name. Could these messages be the key to exposing the hidden truths and shadows lurking beneath the surface of Class 2-D?
