In Douluo Continent, Tang San raids my base right from the start.

In the world of Douluo Continent, where fate and destiny are woven by the hands of heroes, one man finds himself cast aside by the very narrative that promised him a role. Awakening within this perilous realm, he was prepared to live as a humble spectator, watching the rise of the destined son, Tang San. But when that fateful day arrives, it does not bring the heroics he anticipated. Instead, it brings a profound and personal violation—the destruction of everything he held dear, a loss that cuts deeper than any physical wound. The theft of his most prized possessions is the final insult, the catalyst that shatters his resolve to remain a ghost in someone else's story. No longer content to be a footnote in the legend of a chosen one, he makes a powerful and dangerous declaration. The Eight Spider Spears, the Mysterious Heavenly Treasure Record, and the precious Immortal Herb will no longer be trophies for the aspiring god. He seizes these treasures for himself, claiming the power that was destined for another. This is his unveiling, the moment he discards his passive mask and embraces a new, terrible purpose. If Tang San is to be the world's light, then he will become its shadow; if one is the fated hero, the other must be the ultimate villain, and he is ready to play that role to the very end.
