Warhammer: Starting as a Planetary Governor

In the 41st Millennium, darkness reigns supreme. The Imperium of Man has lost half its territory, with millions of worlds succumbing to Chaos. Famine, rampant crime, and pervasive cults plague the empire. On Uthar, a world situated in the Imperium's darkened reaches, the population endures extreme suffering. However, salvation arrives in the form of Ron, who awakens to the true essence of the Warp. Taking charge of a small, dilapidated territory, he initiates a grand strategy of development. Through meticulous internal administration, rapid military expansion, and technological advancement, he unifies his planet, creates Space Marines, and builds a formidable interstellar fleet. As Ron launches his own Great Crusade, the Lord Regent arrives with an expeditionary fleet to reclaim lost imperial lands. Confronted by Ron’s prosperous domain and a starship armada that blots out the sky, the Regent is left stunned when comparing it to his own modest forces, forced to question who truly represents the might of the Imperium.
