In the year 22 H.C., the city of Shinjuku is overrun with monsters and goblins, leaving humans on the brink of extinction and crime rampant. Amidst this chaotic landscape, Natsuki Sasahara, a half-human, half-catbeast with magical powers, embarks on her career as a rookie at the Police Company and a budding bounty hunter. Discovered by her superior, the werewolf Batanen Fujioka, Natsuki navigates her new role, gradually gaining experience and confidence in her unique abilities as she delves into the complexities of her profession.
