Goukaku no Tame no! Yasashii Sankaku Kankei Nyuumon

Mayuki Yukishita has one dream above all else: to follow Akira, the beloved senpai she admires and loves, into the very same school. Pouring herself into her studies, she hopes to earn a place at Akira's side—but her ambitions suffer a devastating setback when she scores dead last on a mock examination. With her future suddenly hanging by a thread, Mayuki's mother steps in with a solution: hiring a private tutor. Enter Rin Mochizuki, a student at the very school Mayuki is so desperate to attend. Rin, however, is far from a conventional tutor—openly polyamorous and boldly affectionate, she quickly blurs the line between mentor and something more when she steals Mayuki's very first kiss. What begins as earnest cram sessions in the name of love soon grows far more complicated than any exam. Because Mayuki has yet to discover a crucial truth: Rin is far closer to Akira than she could ever imagine. As their lessons continue, Mayuki finds herself drawn into a delicate triangle of affection, where passing her entrance exams may prove far simpler than untangling the workings of her heart.
