Nijiiro Photograph

Aoi Yamabuki possesses the kind of beauty that naturally turns heads, yet the one feature she cannot hide—her striking blue eyes—has been a quiet source of self-consciousness for as long as she can remember. Instead of growing more confident with age, that discomfort has shaped her into someone unusually shy, leaving the lovely high school student wary of the world and content to keep her heart safely locked away behind closed doors. That carefully guarded existence changes the moment Sara Florrie enters her life. A young foreign girl with a pure, unguarded nature, Sara comes to live under the same roof as Aoi, filling the quiet space with a warmth the reserved student has never known before. Nijiiro Photograph is a heartfelt comedy built on the gentle chaos of two very different girls sharing a home. Day by day, Sara's innocence and easy affection begin to soften the walls Aoi has constructed around herself, and her tightly closed heart slowly, tentatively, starts to open.
