Vampire Juujikai

Thousands of years ago, the Vampire King Akabara "Red Rose" Strauss saw his kingdom crumble and his queen torn from him. Unable to destroy her, the humans resorted to a cruel deception: they sealed her away and scattered thousands of false tombs across the world, ensuring the grieving king would never find her true prison. Now, hounded across the ages by relentless dhampires sworn to end his line, Akabara endures an endless hunt for the one soul he could not bear to lose, his quest a fragile thread of hope against the darkness of eternity. Yet his search is shadowed by a more ominous threat: the Black Swan, a cursed entity that claims a young human girl as its vessel once every fifty years. With each incarnation, the Black Swan grows more formidable, its purpose absolute—to annihilate both the Vampire King and his queen once and for all. As the cycle nears its forty-ninth vessel, the power swelling within this fragile host may be enough to tip the scales. For Akabara, the chase has always been about salvation, but the rising tide of this vengeful force threatens to turn his centuries-long pilgrimage into a final, fatal reckoning.
